Requirements:

 Reports to Director, Plant Manager
Target range: $110k-$175k based on experience + 15% bonus eligibility
Undergraduate degree in engineering or related curriculum or technical training in related mechanical or electrical studies (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 8 or more years of progressive engineering, maintenance, or related experience in a food manufacturing environment that includes team or project leadership experience, environmental compliance experience, PLC programming, and capital project and budget management experience.

Requirements:

Salary: $80-85K base with a 5% annual bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11 pm. Flexibility on weekends as needed. 
Must haves: food and or beverage manufacturing
Experience with manufacturing equipment: boilers, ammonia expressors, engine room understanding the sequence, fillers, and compressors. Additionally, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical abilities, PLC (Allen Bradley). Strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

Key responsibilities: managing team, training/development of team members, completing preventative maintenance orders, maintaining maintenance supplies/inventory, working with PLC’s, pumps, valves, welding, conveyor systems, working on fillers, boiler maintenance, lean/CI, ammonia refrigeration, electrical skills are important. Must have prior Food/Beverage Manufacturing experience.

Requirements:

PLC/VFD Troubleshooting Experience (Required). Aseptic Experience (Highly Preferred). Union Experience (Preferred). ESL Dairy Products/Almond and Coconut Milk Plant. Relocation Assistance Provided.
