Requirements:

 Reports to Director, Plant Manager
•    Target range: $110k-$175k based on experience + 15% bonus eligibility
•    Travel 1-3 times per year for training and conferences
•    Experiences/qualifications: •Undergraduate degree in engineering or related curriculum or technical training in related mechanical or electrical studies (or equivalent combination of education and experience) • 8 or more years of progressive engineering, maintenance, or related experience in a food manufacturing environment that includes team or project leadership experience, environmental compliance experience, PLC
programming, and capital project and budget management experience 

Requirements:

Salary: $80-85K base with a 5% annual bonus
Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 11 pm. Flexibility on weekends as needed. 

Must haves: food and or beverage manufacturing
Experience with manufacturing equipment: boilers, ammonia expressors, engine room understanding the sequence, fillers, and compressors. Additionally, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical abilities, PLC (Allen Bradley). Strong leadership skills

Requirements:

• Hours/shift: 6:30am arrival time to catch up with overnight shift but shift is standard business hours (8am-5pm). Will need to be flexible to come in early and/or stay late. Will be on call 24/7

• Experience: High School Diploma with experience.5 to 8 years maintenance, mechanical engineering, or related experience coupled with demonstrated leadership attributes, team leadership, or supervisory experience; 1+ year of manager experience preferred Manufacturing operations or production experience in food experience preferred dairy industry preferred Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment; electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing licenses or certificates preferred – will be covered to be covered California.

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree (work experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis) and 8+ years of progressive experience in a food manufacturing environment including 3 years of management experience Dairy drying experience strongly preferred Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Requirements:

Key responsibilities: managing team, training/development of team members, completing preventative maintenance orders, maintaining maintenance supplies/inventory, working with PLC’s, pumps, valves, welding, conveyor systems, working on fillers, boiler maintenance, lean/CI, ammonia refrigeration, electrical skills are important. Must have prior Food/Beverage Manufacturing experience.

Requirements:

PLC/VFD Troubleshooting Experience (Required). Aseptic Experience (Highly Preferred). Union Experience (Preferred). ESL Dairy Products/Almond and Coconut Milk Plant. Relocation Assistance Provided.
